1. Products and Custom Builds

We specialise in the building and sale of custom and pre-built watches. Please note the following regarding our products:

  • Customisation: Custom watch builds are subject to the specific options selected at checkout. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • Variations: Because many of our watches are built by hand, slight variations in colour, finish, or alignment may occur. These are not considered defects but are a natural part of the custom building process.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason.
  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors.

2. Purchases and Payment

We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our checkout page. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
  • Taxes: Prices listed may not include applicable VAT or customs duties, which will be calculated and added at checkout or collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Standard Items: Unworn, standard-build watches may be returned within a specified period (as detailed in our Returns Policy), provided they are in their original packaging and condition.
  • Custom Builds: Due to the personalised nature of custom-built watches, these items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our brand are our proprietary property.
